Care Clinics, Inc - DUI Evaluation, Alcohol/Drug Treatment, & Anger Management Services is licensed by the Illinois Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse (DASA Lic. # A-1222-0003-A) to provide alcohol/drug/DUI evaluations, DUI risk education classes, and outpatient alcohol/drug abuse treatment.
The facility is also county approved to provide anger management evaluations and counseling, alcohol/drug evaluations, DUI Evaluations, DUI Risk education classes, outpatient treatment, and intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment services since 1981.

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: By appointment only
Sunday: Closed
Virtual Appointments available on most services.
Accessible by Pace bus route #802 (Prisco Center stop).
We are 1/2 block South from the stop on the West side of the street.

Individual outpatient counseling and risk reduction education can be scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
